2.10.070 Severability clause.

If any provision of this chapter shall in the future be declared invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalid provision or provisions shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Comment: This section, known as Section 7 of Ordinance III – Membership and approved as revised by Tribal Council Resolution No. 94-006, dated February 1, 1994, entirely restates and supersedes all prior versions developed by the Tribal Enrollment Committee relating to Tribal enrollment and membership practices and procedures.
