Comment: To the extent a civil procedural issue is not addressed by this title, or by Tribal common law, a Tribal Court judge may refer to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and cases construing the same; provided, however, that in no event shall reference to such federal rules be interpreted or construed as an explicit adoption of such rules.
